Accounting & Operations Coordinator

About the role

rite. is looking for a disciplined Accounting & Operations Coordinator to join its Dubai headquarters. The role blends financial oversight with operational management, ensuring that commercial activities are accurately reflected in the books and executed flawlessly across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting tasks: bank reconciliations, VAT compliance, month‑end closing, and journal entries.
• Maintain monthly reconciliation schedules, investigate discrepancies, and manage Qashio reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, support cash‑management activities, and follow up on missing supplier and customer invoices.
• Create and issue invoices for wholesale and purchase‑order clients, track collections, and support sales‑team analysis of reseller performance.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports for online reseller channels and conduct profitability analysis at reseller and category level.
• Oversee stock replenishment and purchase‑order management on e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) and coordinate end‑to‑end logistics.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Accounting or Finance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to integrate financial data into operational decisions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining best‑in‑class financial and operational standards.
