Accounts Manager

About the role

Dascon Construction Company (DCC) is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join its Dubai office. The professional will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and control budgets, providing variance analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Maintain tax compliance and liaise with tax authorities.
• Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
