Accounts Manager – O2C

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group Finance Shared Service Centre is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) function. The Accounts Manager – O2C will ensure robust control, governance and continuous improvement of the O2C process while supporting daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong control and governance over the entire Order‑to‑Cash cycle in line with company policies.
• Drive development and enhancement of O2C processes to increase efficiency.
• Provide timely partnering support for activities such as customer refunds, DP transfers, exceptional payment applications, cancellations, returns, passport releases and rebates.
• Review and reconcile GL accounts including Revenue Control, Upsells, SMC, Warranty and F&I on a periodic basis.
• Identify and resolve risks, exceptions and interface fallouts through review, escalation and substantiation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and overdue positions, supporting collection efforts.
• Validate customer account reconciliations performed by accountants.
• Oversee provision working for doubtful debts in accordance with policy.
• Approve accounting entries such as refunds, credit notes and debit notes.
• Ensure compliance with month‑end and year‑end closing checklists.
• Lead standardisation and automation initiatives to achieve cost savings.
• Support audit requests and provide required documentation within deadlines.
• Review balance‑sheet GL schedules for substantiation.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, controlling and business units to resolve issues and drive projects.
• Participate in transition and integration activities as needed.

Required profile

• Finance professional with solid experience in Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage risk and exceptions.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.
