Accounts Manager – Systems, Process & Audit

About the role

The Accounts Manager – Systems, Process & Audit will join the Divisional Controlling team in Dubai, supporting the Finance Manager and Assistant General Manager in delivering robust accounting policies, internal controls and audit processes across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate division‑specific accounting policies in line with Group standards.
• Provide input to Group Finance on new or revised accounting policies and ensure their implementation across business units.
• Deliver training and briefing sessions on IAS, IFRS and internal control frameworks for finance and operations teams.
• Advise Business Unit FP&A and Controlling teams on complex accounting judgments, estimates and process improvements.
• Lead the implementation and compliance of the Internal Controls Framework, coordinating with Group and Business Units.
• Assess risk and insurance requirements, liaise with insurance partners and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Collaborate with Business Units to maintain and roll‑out collection infrastructure and integrate it with the books of accounts.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting, finance or audit, preferably within a large diversified organization.
• In‑depth knowledge of IAS, IFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Experience in developing and implementing internal control frameworks.
• Ability to analyse complex accounting issues and provide clear guidance.
• Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder coordination.
