Accounts Receivable Officer – Finance Team

About the role

Join the finance team of a growing equipment and machinery rental company in Dubai as an Accounts Receivable Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely customer payments, and supporting overall cash flow management. The role offers the chance to work closely with sales, operations and finance colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing‑related matters.
• Support daily accounts receivable activities and overall financial operations.
• Monitor customer payment status and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain organized documentation for invoices and payment records.
• Assist with reporting and other finance‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable and invoicing (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good customer communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in the equipment rental industry is an added advantage.
