About the role
Amazon is seeking a motivated ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist to join its MEATR operations team in Dubai. You will dive into delivery‑station operations, help create and enforce operational standards, and become the subject‑matter expert for OTR and UTR transportation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain operational standards for transportation and delivery stations.
- Identify process gaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive data‑based improvements.
- Own system configurations that support operational workflows.
Required profile
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
