About the role

We are seeking a motivated female Admin and Registrar to support the daily operations of our school in Abu Dhabi. The role combines administrative duties with registrar responsibilities, ensuring smooth interaction between students, parents, and staff while handling financial documentation.

Key responsibilities

Manage student registration processes and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and payments.
Coordinate with ADEK and use the eSIS system for compliance reporting.
Provide customer service to parents, students, and staff.
Handle general office tasks, including correspondence and filing.
Promote the school’s programs and events.

Required profile

Female applicant.
2‑3 years of experience as an admin/registrar in a UAE nursery (ADEK approved).
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of ADEK regulations and the eSIS system.
Basic accounting skills for handling invoices and payments.
