About the role
We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to support travel and quality‑assurance activities for our roadshow programmes across the Middle East and Africa. The role will be based in Dubai and will work closely with hotels, internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Key responsibilities
- Contact hotels in the Middle East and Africa to secure roadshow bookings.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and arranging staff travel for roadshow events.
- Manage roadshow logistics, budgets and vendor contracts.
- Provide on‑site support during roadshows and conduct post‑event evaluations.
Required profile
- UAE national with a valid family book.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with travel booking systems.
