Administration & Government Relations Officer

About the role

Henan D.R. Construction Group is seeking an experienced Administration & Government Relations Officer to manage all government‑related procedures and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee visa lifecycle, including applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes and Emirates ID processing.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities for labor, immigration and regulatory requirements.
• Administer the Wage Protection System (WPS) to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
• Process work permits, labor‑related documentation and obtain required government approvals.
• Handle company registration, trade‑license issuance, renewals and corporate documentation.
• Liaise with government entities and regulatory bodies to maintain company compliance.
• Monitor validity of visas, labor cards, trade licences and other statutory documents, ensuring timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and prepare related reports.
• Provide general administrative support in line with UAE laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in administration, government relations or PRO operations.
• Proven experience with UAE visa processing, WPS, company registration and licensing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
