Advanced Instructor – Clinical

About the role

Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Instructor – Clinical to join its training team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality classroom and simulation‑based education to healthcare professionals, ensuring they achieve and maintain clinical competence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation‑based training, case discussions, megacode scenarios and competency assessments.
• Evaluate participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision‑making, teamwork, communication and adherence to resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical practice or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services or a related healthcare discipline.
• Current instructor certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield).
• Strong teaching, presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Professional, confident and engaging approach to training delivery.
