Customer Care Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Customer Care Coordinator to join our remote team at El‑Englizi, a Dubai‑based online education company specializing in spoken English programs for Arabic speakers. The role involves supporting participants, managing inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with participants via WhatsApp, phone calls, and approved channels.
• Welcome new participants and explain the program, platforms, booking process, and policies.
• Support participants with booking, managing Zoom sessions, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Handle complaints and sensitive cases calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the English Department, tutors, Sales Team, and management to resolve issues.
• Monitor absences, missed sessions, and inactive participants, and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate participant records and case updates in company systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer care, service, success, administration, or related roles.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and cases simultaneously.
• Reliable computer, stable internet, and suitable remote work environment.
• Full‑time availability for 45 hours per week with rotating morning and evening shifts.
