Advanced NDT Technician – PAUT & TOFD

About the role

SGS is seeking an experienced Advanced NDT Technician to perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time‑of‑Flight Diffraction (TOFD) on oil & gas construction projects. You will work on‑site, ensuring inspections meet client standards and project specifications while delivering accurate reports.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced NDT activities (PAUT, TOFD) according to client and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and coordinate findings with client and project owner representatives.
• Follow approved procedures and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
• Support continuous improvement of NDT processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 3 years of post‑PCN certification experience in PAUT.
• Valid NDT Level II certification (PCN, ASNT, or equivalent) for PAUT and TOFD.
