Senior MEP Manager – Real Estate & Museum Development

About the role

The Senior MEP Manager will lead all mechanical, electrical and public health engineering activities for a museum development project in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with codes, standards and UAE regulations while delivering the project safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MEP design, coordination and integration across the full project lifecycle, from concept through handover.
• Provide technical oversight on‑site, monitor contractor performance and resolve construction issues.
• Secure authority approvals, manage fire & life‑safety systems and ensure compliance with Civil Defence requirements.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, LEED compliance and energy‑efficiency optimisation.
• Oversee HVAC, cooling plant and specialist museum environmental controls to meet exhibition standards.
• Manage procurement, contracts and testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience delivering large‑scale, complex MEP projects, preferably in museum or cultural facilities.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, authority approval processes and energy‑efficiency requirements.
