Aesthetics Director

About the role

The Aesthetics Director will lead the visual and functional presentation of a hotel portfolio, ensuring every public and private space reflects the brand’s standards of elegance and comfort. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Facilities, you will work in a fast‑paced environment to maintain and elevate the property’s overall appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the aesthetic quality of lobbies, restaurants, guest rooms, corridors, and both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
• Manage architectural lighting design and implementation across all zones.
• Control inventory of furniture, carpeting, and flooring, ensuring timely replacement and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute construction and renovation projects.
• Implement sustainable inspection processes to keep the property in optimal condition.
• Lead pre‑opening design activities and support ongoing hospitality operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale design projects within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on schedule.
