Affiliate Business Development Manager - MENA

About the role

OKX is seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager to lead its affiliate growth strategy across the MENA region. You will work closely with the global team to identify, engage, and nurture crypto‑focused partners that can drive user acquisition and expand the OKX platform’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard affiliates, influencers and KOLs with high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients and professional traders in the MENA market.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with HNW clients, providing regular contact and partnership opportunities.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, events and collaborations with media channels.
• Grow the user base and increase brand awareness for OKX throughout the region.
• Develop creative tactics to discover new affiliates and optimize acquisition performance through data analysis and segmentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX or related sectors with a track record of building large affiliate networks.
• Strong business development or affiliate management background.
• Established network of HNW clients and professional traders in the MENA region.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
