Aftersales Systems Support (MIS) Supervisor

About the role

The Aftersales Systems Support (MIS) Supervisor is the central point of contact for branch teams when system issues block customer service. Based in Dubai and reporting to the National Aftersales Manager, you will ensure master data, pricing packages and schedules are accurate and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for all Aftersales system incidents raised through the service desk.
• Build, maintain and optimise service and parts packages that drive revenue.
• Load and keep appointment and technician schedules up‑to‑date to enable smooth booking, clock‑in and invoicing.
• Identify recurring system problems, analyse root causes and implement permanent process improvements.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure master data and pricing information are correct before transactions occur.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Aftersales systems in an automotive environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve live system issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with branch teams and senior management.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and process optimisation.
