Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

dnata is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead technology delivery across its global aviation services network. The role blends agile team leadership with traditional programme management to drive high‑performance outcomes for initiatives spanning multiple countries and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery ceremonies such as sprint/PI planning, reviews and retrospectives, as well as traditional governance forums like steering committees and stage‑gate reviews.
• Champion a hybrid approach that combines PMI‑ACP and waterfall practices, selecting the optimal cadence for each initiative.
• Build a safe, collaborative environment using servant‑leadership for agile squads and clear direction for structured projects.
• Translate strategic roadmaps into actionable programme and project backlogs, coordinating with country, regional and head‑office stakeholders.
• Own full project lifecycle responsibilities—including scope, schedule, budget, risk and dependency management—where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing both agile and traditional delivery models in a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across decentralized IT teams and corporate governance layers.
• Ability to balance speed and iteration with rigorous project discipline.

Required skills

• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, including PMI‑ACP
• Hybrid delivery (agile‑waterfall) expertise
