AI Engineer – Vibe Coder

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and own production‑grade systems powered by modern AI development tools, automation platforms, databases, and intelligent agents. The role is ideal for a hands‑on developer who thinks in terms of databases, APIs, workflows and scalable architecture rather than isolated prototypes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB.
• Deploy and manage AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes and Cowork across multiple operational use cases.
• Build production‑ready applications and internal tools using AI‑assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Codex).
• Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot issues and optimise performance as usage grows.
• Develop, maintain and scale workflow automations with n8n, Make and Zapier.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and connect systems across business functions, creating reliable data flows between databases, AI agents, CRMs and ERPs.
• Produce clear technical documentation for all workflows and integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production systems that teams or customers rely on.
• Comfortable working quickly with AI‑assisted coding tools while upholding reliability, security and clean code standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on scalable system architecture.
