About the role

Join e&'s AI Graduate Programme, a 12‑month adventure designed to develop UAE national talent into the next generation of tech leaders. You will explore emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and leadership fundamentals while gaining hands‑on experience across e& offices in the UAE.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a UAE‑accredited institution (any major).
Up to 2 years of professional experience, graduated within the last 2 years, GPA 3.0 or higher.
Passionate and motivated to contribute to e&’s digital future.
