AI Product Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading innovation‑focused organization in the UAE that builds next‑generation digital and AI‑powered products for enterprise and government clients. The AI Product Manager will bridge business, technology, and user needs to deliver measurable outcomes from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own product definition from discovery to delivery, translating ambiguous challenges into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Define product vision, positioning, priorities, and trade‑offs based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Lead client‑facing discussions, workshops, and presentations, building strong relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, prototypes, and documentation; prioritize features and manage backlogs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners, defining scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Identify AI, automation, and language‑model opportunities that create tangible business value and leverage modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and validation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager, preferably with AI‑enabled digital products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate business challenges into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive accountability.
