AI Strategy & Advisory Lead

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior leader to drive AI transformation engagements for public‑sector, financial services, energy, telco and other regulated clients. You will shape AI opportunities from executive vision through roadmap, operating model, business case and delivery mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, readiness, roadmap and transformation engagements.
• Design AI Factory operating models, governance interfaces and adoption roadmaps.
• Facilitate C‑level workshops for use‑case prioritisation, value realisation and mobilisation.
• Develop pursuit proposals, define scope, delivery approach and commercial assumptions.
• Quality‑assure executive deliverables and mentor junior consultants on AI advisory methods.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of experience in consulting, digital/data/AI strategy or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record with senior public‑sector, government, FS, energy, telco or regulated clients.
• Experience delivering large proposals, multi‑workstream transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to link business ambition, data readiness, technology and measurable value.
