AI Tools Associate

About the role

Arabian Private Holdings is supporting a regional investment group based in Dubai to modernise its operations through intelligent automation. The AI Tools Associate will identify, test, and document AI software solutions that can improve the efficiency of specific mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Research and catalogue emerging AI tools for financial modelling, market research and document analysis.
• Conduct initial testing to verify whether a tool meets the specific requirements of the investment group.
• Assess reliability and security of platforms before recommending them to clients.
• Draft concise briefs that explain a tool’s practical utility in plain English.
• Support principals in building customised workflows that integrate AI tools into existing corporate operating models.
• Monitor performance of implemented tools to ensure continued clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the research team to gather data supporting strategic recommendations for family groups and listed corporations.
• Maintain an internal knowledge base of prompts and configurations that have solved business problems.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English.
• Logical problem‑solving approach and healthy skepticism toward unproven technology.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high accuracy standards.
• Comfort reading technical documentation and distilling key points for a non‑technical audience.
• Academic background or personal projects demonstrating research and organisational capability.
• Commitment to discretion and professional conduct when handling sensitive client information.
