Solutions Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

Teamware Solutions is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support a leading retail organization in Dubai. You will design, implement, and oversee end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 solutions that drive high‑volume retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead comprehensive Dynamics 365 architectures across Finance & Operations, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Engagement.
• Define standards, customization patterns, and extension strategies to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.
• Create detailed solution blueprints covering applications, data flows, integrations, infrastructure, security, and deployment.
• Provide hands‑on guidance during implementation, including configuration, custom development (X++, C#), data migration, testing, and go‑live activities.
• Lead technical design and troubleshooting for complex customizations, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices.
• Architect large‑scale, high‑volume production environments supporting thousands of users and retail transactions.
• Design and implement performance optimization, high‑availability, scalability, monitoring, and production‑support strategies.
• Develop integration architectures using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Dataverse, OData, Custom APIs, Business Events, Dual‑Write, REST APIs).
• Guide adoption of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Required profile

• 10–14 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 solution/technical architecture.
• Proven senior or lead experience delivering end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementations in retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, Azure integration, performance tuning, security, and modernization of large‑scale D365 landscapes.
