AI Web Developer (PHP/Laravel)

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Full‑Stack AI‑Enabled Developer to build and launch web applications using modern PHP/Laravel stacks and AI‑assisted coding tools. The role blends traditional development expertise with AI workflows to accelerate product delivery and improve code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack web applications from concept to production.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, and other coding agents to generate and refine code.
• Write effective prompts, guide AI outputs, and validate the resulting code for scalability and maintainability.
• Handle the entire development lifecycle: planning, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Build internal tools, CRM systems, and customer‑facing applications using PHP, Laravel, React.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite, and Livewire.
• Collaborate with a small technical team while independently owning end‑to‑end projects.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise existing solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building responsive web applications with PHP and Laravel.
• Hands‑on familiarity with modern front‑end technologies (React.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite, Livewire).
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI‑assisted development tools and translate prompts into functional code.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Experience managing the full deployment workflow, including server environments and hosting platforms.
