App Support & Maintenance Services Associate

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring applications, investigating technical issues, coordinating fixes, performing routine maintenance, and supporting clients and internal teams. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, project managers, and clients to maintain application stability and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for web and mobile applications.
• Monitor application health, availability, performance, and functionality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application errors, crashes, bugs, and unexpected behavior.
• Analyze application logs and reproduce reported issues for development teams.
• Coordinate with developers and QA to resolve defects and perform regression checks.
• Support application deployments, patches, version upgrades, and routine configuration changes.
• Monitor APIs, integrations, background jobs, and scheduled processes.
• Perform basic database troubleshooting using SQL and support cloud‑hosted applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in application support, technical support, software maintenance, or IT operations.
• Good understanding of web and mobile applications and experience troubleshooting software issues.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and API integrations.
• Basic SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience with Linux or Windows environments and basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ticketing/issue‑tracking systems.
