Aircraft Maintenance Technician (B2)

About the role

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (B2) will support the Engineer in performing airframe and engine maintenance on Air Arabia and third‑party aircraft. The role involves executing scheduled checks, inspections, repairs and component replacements to keep aircraft serviceable and ready for operation.

Key responsibilities

• Review assigned task cards with the Engineer‑in‑Charge to understand work scope, priorities and required documentation.
• Prepare and carry out scheduled maintenance, ensuring all parts, tools and ground support equipment are available and used according to instructions.
• Perform aircraft tests and inspections, accurately recording any defects or damage.
• Execute repairs, component replacements and functional tests as directed by task cards and approved procedures.
• Manage tooling and equipment, returning them in good condition after use.
• Report task status regularly and flag any issues affecting aircraft condition or work execution.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to all safety precautions and human‑factor guidelines.

Required profile

• Qualified and experienced Civil Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
