Airline Partnerships Manager (UAE National Only)

About the role

The Airline Partnerships Manager will drive the growth of Etihad Bank’s frequent‑flyer programme by creating and managing strategic airline alliances. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on expanding member benefits, negotiating commercial terms, and delivering revenue‑generating partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the airline FFP partnership strategy, targeting new airline partners and deepening existing relationships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring terms align with financial targets and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and technology teams to launch joint campaigns, co‑branded offers, and shared reward structures.
• Monitor partnership performance using metrics such as member engagement, redemption activity, and revenue contribution, and provide regular analytical reports.
• Act as the primary liaison for airline partners, coordinating with the airline alliances team to ensure seamless integration and communication.

Required profile

• UAE national with a minimum of five years’ experience in airline partnership, loyalty programme, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex negotiations and delivering partnership revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, operations, and technology functions.
