Director of Program Sales

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company and leading AI innovator in the UAE, seeks a Director of Program Sales to originate, shape and close large‑scale enterprise AI transformation programs delivered through professional services and sustained AI model consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Run executive discovery workshops that turn AI ambition into prioritized, fundable use cases and shape large professional‑services programs.
• Architect credible frontier‑AI solutions and engage security, compliance, legal and technology stakeholders, holding CISO‑level conversations.
• Own delivery feasibility assessments—risk, timeline, dependencies and resourcing—ensuring every proof of concept has a path to production.
• Drive post‑go‑live model/API consumption and expand accounts by converting delivered programs into follow‑on transformation work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in technical presales, strategic consulting or enterprise professional‑services sales, preferably in AI, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record shaping and closing large professional‑services programs and moving proofs of concept into funded, production‑grade engagements.
• Background from hyperscaler CTO/solution architect roles, Big 4 or strategy consulting, cybersecurity vendors, or large‑scale digital transformation delivery.
