Alliance & Partnerships Manager – MENA (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Alliance & Partnerships Manager for the MENA region, based in Dubai. The role will lead the development and execution of our Microsoft ecosystem strategy, driving co‑sell motions and building joint pipeline across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Microsoft and broader ecosystem strategy for MENA.
• Strengthen senior relationships with Microsoft and regional partners.
• Accelerate co‑sell execution and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Generate partner‑sourced pipeline with Microsoft, VARs, MSPs and ISVs.
• Collaborate with channel, marketing, product, engineering and sales teams.
• Represent the company at Microsoft and industry events across the region.

Required profile

• 15+ years in alliances, partnerships, enterprise technology or channel sales.
• Deep experience and strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem in UAE and MENA.
• Proven track record building VAR, MSP and ISV partnerships.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
