About the role
Dolce Mondo Group is looking for energetic, customer‑focused Sales Staff to join its retail kiosk team in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for candidates with solid retail sales experience who enjoy engaging with shoppers, delivering excellent service, and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide professional product recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain an attractive, organized kiosk and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Build strong customer relationships and support daily retail operations.
Required profile
- High School Diploma, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous retail sales experience required; mall kiosk experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer‑service and selling abilities.
- Target‑oriented, presentable, energetic and customer‑focused personality.
- Based in the UAE and able to join immediately.
