Analyst - Cyber Threat Intelligence

About the role

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will support the client’s Digital Defence Center by researching emerging threats and producing actionable intelligence. This role helps shape the strategic approach to protect the organization’s people, data, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and report on emerging cyber threats targeting the client.
• Provide strategic guidance to improve the client’s defensive posture.
• Conduct threat hunting, incident response, and digital forensics investigations.
• Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts for analysis.
• Collaborate with SOC and red‑team activities to validate defenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of overall experience with 3‑5 years in cyber threat intelligence, SOC operations, or digital forensics.
• Relevant certifications such as GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GFCE, GCFA, GMON, GDAT, GCDA) or CREST/OSCP are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Threat Intelligence Platforms (Recorded Future, Flashpoint, Blueliv, Anomali, ThreatIQ).
• Understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain methodology.
• Hands‑on experience with digital forensics tools and custom scripting.
• Ability to analyze system, security, and application logs.
• Offensive security skills including Metasploit, exploit development, and OSINT.
• Experience in threat hunting, incident response, penetration testing, and red‑team engagements.
