Analyst, IT Applications

About the role

The Analyst, IT Applications will develop, maintain and enhance IT applications that support ADNOC’s business operations. The role focuses on delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality information services and designing enterprise solutions for the e‑Learning environment at ATA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic capacity planning and ensure system resources meet current and future needs.
• Implement modifications, enhancements and testing for existing applications.
• Analyse user requirements, create prototypes and provide end‑user training.
• Maintain configuration, integration and deployment of software systems in line with ADNOC IT policies.
• Coordinate incident management throughout the lifecycle.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Prepare workflow diagrams, encode requirements and develop validation checks.
• Document application development, revisions and produce user manuals.
• Liaise with infrastructure teams, SMEs and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in IT application development or related fields.
• Proven ability to perform capacity planning, systems tuning and application testing.
• Experience working with enterprise‑level e‑Learning platforms is a plus.
