Apple Channel Store Advisor

About the role

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor you will act as the face of Apple inside a partner reseller store in the United Arab Emirates. You will combine sales, merchandising and operational responsibilities to grow Apple’s presence, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the partner’s staff.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store, building relationships with customers and the partner team.
• Deliver product demonstrations and group sessions to showcase Apple devices, accessories and services.
• Maintain Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising standards according to Apple guidelines.
• Provide daily care and inspection of the store environment, escalating issues for timely resolution.
• Drive sales by proactively identifying opportunities, sharing promotions and encouraging adoption of Apple solutions.
• Train and mentor partner staff on Apple product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience throughout the store, including evenings and weekends as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales or partner‑focused environments.
• Passion for helping customers understand how Apple technology can enrich their lives.
• Strong curiosity for continuous learning and ability to share knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
