Arabic Language Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Data Analyst with strong Arabic language skills to support the expansion of global product features for one of our clients. In this role you will help ensure the delivery of accurate, high‑quality data by analyzing multilingual outputs, improving classification performance, and supporting taxonomy translation and parser development. You will collaborate closely with linguistics and engineering teams in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs, identifying error patterns and contributing to rule, logic, and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language‑specific parsers and translate/validate taxonomy content such as skills, titles, and occupations between English and Arabic.
• Document findings clearly and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in reading and writing Arabic and English with strong attention to linguistic detail and understanding of syntax.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, functions, data cleanup), working knowledge of SQL, and advanced experience writing and debugging Regular Expressions.
• Experience performing data analysis using tools such as Excel and/or Python, and familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine‑learning fundamentals.
