Arabic Phone Support Specialist

About the role

Revolut is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Phone Support Specialist to join its Customer Support team. The role provides direct phone assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers worldwide, ensuring a smooth experience with Revolut’s financial products. The position supports the 24/7 service model and may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality phone support to Arabic‑speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication that reflects Revolut’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with international product and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems.
• Document interactions accurately and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate acceptable).
• At least 18 months of customer service experience.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and C1‑level English proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex issues in a clear, understandable manner.
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT aptitude, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, flexible team player with an independent problem‑solving approach.
