About the role

The Lifestyle Concierge role supports high‑profile clients across a range of sectors, delivering premium concierge and customer service experiences. Based in Dubai, you will interact with clients via phone, email and chat, ensuring every request is handled promptly and professionally. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to serve our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Independently fulfill client requests and demo tasks through phone, email and chat.
• Handle escalated service issues and vendor communications with discretion.
• Provide accurate, timely information while adhering to contractual agreements.
• Build rapport with customers to understand preferences and make outbound calls when needed.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and use enterprise solutions to manage customer data.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve assistance skills.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or concierge environments.
• Strong influencing and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
