Customer Service Representative – Multi‑Channel Support

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused representative to join our team. The role involves assisting customers through phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, providing accurate information and ensuring timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other available channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and company procedures.
• Handle questions, requests, complaints and concerns professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Record interactions, update the company system and coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse and accounts teams.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales support or a similar role is preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑service software.
