About the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Al Ain, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and authority submission documents.
- Handle municipality submissions and obtain approvals.
- Create realistic 3D renderings and visualisations for interior and exterior projects.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Relevant experience on projects in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of Al Ain and Abu Dhabi Municipality codes, regulations and approval processes.
- Proven ability to handle municipality submissions and obtain approvals.
Required skills
- 3ds Max (advanced)
- V‑Ray or Corona Renderer (advanced)
- AutoCAD (advanced)
- Revit / BIM (advantage)
- Architectural visualization and realistic rendering
- Materials, textures and lighting expertise
