Sales Engineer – Foundation Solutions

About the role

Our client in Dubai is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to promote foundation engineering solutions, structural steel products and rental services to contractors, consultants and project owners across construction and infrastructure sectors. The role is field‑oriented, involving client meetings, site visits, technical discussions and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, secure enquiries and achieve sales targets for foundation solutions, structural steel and rental services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and project owners, providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, assist customers in selecting suitable solutions and support handover and after‑sales activities.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers, tender submissions and maintain accurate sales pipeline and project tracking reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects in the UAE to provide regular feedback to management.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, structural steel, foundation engineering, construction materials, equipment rental or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Technical sales and business development of foundation engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of structural steel applications, sheet piling, shoring systems and equipment rental.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations and tender documentation.
• Understanding of UAE construction and infrastructure market.
