About the role
Fatmeen Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Architect based in Dubai. You will develop concept, schematic and detailed designs and produce construction drawings for a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate design work with structural, MEP and interior design teams to ensure integration and compliance with local codes.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications and construction documents.
- Participate in client and consultant meetings, capture feedback and update designs accordingly.
- Support project management by tracking design deliverables, schedules and budgets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE building codes, regulations and permitting processes.
