About the role

AECOM is seeking an accomplished Architect to join its dynamic team in Dubai. You will lead the design and development of innovative architectural projects, translating client visions into compelling built environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural projects from inception through completion.
• Review, analyze, and approve conceptual designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop and implement innovative architectural methods, techniques, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
