Architect & Project Coordinator

About the role

Maroon Architects is seeking an Architect & Project Coordinator for its Dubai office. The role blends architectural design support with project coordination and administrative duties, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in architectural and interior design development, preparing drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on project schedules.
• Organise project documentation and support material selection processes.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and review construction drawings and material specifications.
• Provide daily project coordination support to the CEO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in architecture or project coordination; UAE experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or Revit.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
