Associate Highway Design Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Parsons is seeking an Associate Highway Design Engineer to join its Dubai team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on road and highway design projects while gaining exposure to multiple engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Apply basic engineering techniques to design and analyse road and highway projects.
• Participate in a structured rotational program covering Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management and various engineering disciplines.
• Utilise CAE/CAD applications for design work and be prepared to travel or relocate to client or construction sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 + year of experience in highway design (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of other engineering fields such as electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Microstation/OpenRoads and typical engineering PC software.
