Architect – Site Supervision (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to lead site supervision of architectural and interior design works for a major project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves inspecting contractor work, reviewing submittals and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and supervise contractor’s architectural and interior design activities on site.
• Review, comment on and forward material submittals to designers, obtain samples and quotations as needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, including quality non‑conformance and safety observations.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design inputs with other engineering disciplines during construction.
• Review and authorize inspector reports, as‑built drawings and support the Architect of Record.
• Manage documentation flow and assist in closing out quality issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience across various building types such as residential, hotels, retail, offices or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, constructability and quality procedures.
• Desirable experience in the Middle East.
