Area Sales Manager – AECO

About the role

Join the GCC construction technology market as an Area Sales Manager, driving growth for Trimble’s AECO solutions. You will work with contractors, owners and project teams to adopt digital tools that improve project delivery, collaboration and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts within the mid‑market segment across GCC countries.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal delivery and closing complex deals.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage and forecast a dynamic sales pipeline, providing data‑driven insights to meet annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to respond to RFIs and RFPs, positioning Trimble’s solutions as the preferred choice.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in construction technology, project management software or SaaS solutions serving contractors and owners.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision‑makers in the construction industry.
• Experience managing a portfolio of existing accounts while generating new business.
