Area Sales Manager

About the role

Lucy Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing activities across the MENA and Central Asia region. The role involves developing and executing sales plans, managing agents and distributors, and acting as the primary account manager for the assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the designated territories.
• Manage and measure performance of existing and new agents and distributors.
• Process enquiries, review technical specifications, coordinate with customers and tendering teams, and prepare quotations and technical submittals.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms to secure purchase orders and hand them over to the Operations team.
• Produce monthly sales forecasts and reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
• Contribute to new product development with the R&D function.
• Represent Lucy Group at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
• Coordinate promotional support and collaborate with the Global Marketing team to position products effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within the electrical or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the MENA and Central Asia markets.
• Ability to manage agent networks and drive business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
