Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, build and deploy AI models that deliver real-world impact for a technology-driven software company. The role is full-time and hybrid, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and production-deploy machine-learning and AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Build and optimise data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments and tune hyper-parameters.
• Implement best practices for model validation, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Stay current with advances in AI, ML and data-science technologies.
• Document solutions and share knowledge across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in machine-learning or AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks.
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering and model deployment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
