Asset Integrity, Reliability & Design Verification BU Head – MCA Region

About the role

The Asset Integrity, Reliability & Design Verification Business Unit Head will lead the MCA (Middle‑East, Caspian & Africa) region for Bureau Veritas. Reporting to the TC MCA Director, the role is responsible for full P&L ownership, market expansion and delivering high‑value technical advisory services across oil, gas, petro‑chemical and power sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own complete P&L for the Business Unit, driving revenue, profitability, cost management and sustainable growth.
• Lead and manage techno‑commercial tenders, pricing strategy, resource allocation and go‑to‑market plans for new services and markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, regulators and internal BV units to foster cross‑selling and market positioning.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market intelligence and identify growth opportunities in new geographies or service lines.
• Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring compliance with BV policies and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of technical and managerial experience in an international service‑provider environment.
• 5‑7 years of proven P&L responsibility leading medium‑large multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Demonstrated track record of business growth, market expansion and profitability improvement.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong knowledge of IOCs/NOCs in the MCA region.
