Assistant Bidding Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking an Assistant Bidding Manager to support the end‑to‑end management of bids across the Middle East market. You will work closely with senior bid managers, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and ensure compliant, client‑focused submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day bid activities from qualification to submission and post‑tender actions.
• Support bid managers on major pursuits and develop compliance matrices, response plans and bid programmes.
• Facilitate kick‑off meetings, workshops, reviews and governance processes.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, legal and operational inputs to meet deadlines.
• Develop, edit and enhance bid content, CVs and project profiles.
• Manage tender clarifications, client queries and electronic submission portals.
• Maintain the central bid inbox, pipeline of opportunities and the Mace work‑winning content hub.
• Ensure governance reviews, approvals and sign‑offs are completed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bid management experience.
• Experience managing bids within the Middle East market.
• Proactive commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple opportunities.
