Assistant Facility Manager - Soft Services

About the role

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager – Soft Services to help create a healthier work environment and ensure smooth daily operations of its buildings in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as a key liaison between teams, service partners and leadership, supporting incident resolution, risk management and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote wellbeing initiatives such as sport activities and community events.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of building issues with engineering, cleaning and mail teams.
• Support incident/accident investigations, reporting and audit follow‑ups.
• Implement property risk management and business continuity plans.
• Log and manage work tickets in Corrigo, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate scheduled or unplanned works to clients and leadership.
• Maintain data integrity for sensors, floor plans and asset registers.
• Monitor site performance metrics and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Coordinate supply partners, ensuring adherence to JLL EHS rules and driving innovation.
• Collaborate with catering and events teams to organise community‑focused events.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience in facilities or soft services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks and follow up on non‑conformities.
• Commitment to health, safety and sustainability goals, including carbon net‑zero initiatives.
